Located in bustling Ohio City, Franklin Plaza just a half of a mile from Lutheran Hospital. Franklin Plaza offers a skilled rehabilitation unit with private suites, a welcoming resident activity center with a library and computers, and a secured dementia unit. Many of our staff members have been with us for over ten years, and they take great pride in the care we provide. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice care, and respite care.
